Coldwell Banker Leuer Realty was opened in January of 1978 in its present location.

We offer residential, commercial, vacant land and farm sales and listings. We also have a certified general real estate appraiser on staff for your assistance.

Our real estate business has seen many, many changes over the past 27 years. Going from a loose-leaf notebook containing listings, to a printed MLS book, to having a totally computerized MLS system is one of the major changes; and now having the opportunity to have our listings appear on the Internet.

The most unusual or unique thing about this business is representing the third generation of Leuers to have a business location on Main Street in Elburn. The first being Leuer Chevrolet, operated by Pete Leuer in the 1930s and 40s.

Our customer philosophy is reassuring our clients that we are looking out for their best interest, whether they are buying or selling.

What sets Coldwell Banker Leuer Realty apart from other real estate companies in the area is that Ed, Marie and Dan are native Elburnites. They know the market area and its history. People coming into our area love to hear some of this background information.
